Work

Meta.

Jan 2023 — Present
Austin, Texas

Solutions Architect, Scaled Operations AI Accelerator Jun 2026 — Present

Designing and deploying AI-powered automation solutions that transform operational processes at scale across Meta's Scaled Operations organization.

  • 01Designed, built, and deployed a four-agent system that auto-triages incoming change management requests and runs full intake validation — a previously manual process. The system operates on an exception-based model, escalating to human review only when required. Built supporting governance infrastructure including audit logs, performance summaries, and a command center to visualize agent activity in real time.

Program Manager, Global Operations Jan 2023 — May 2026

Building AI-native workflows and managing vendor launch operations across Meta's Family of Apps.

  • 01Led the team that won Meta's Scaled Ops org-wide AI hackathon by automating a 20-minute task we ran hundreds of times a year. The end-to-end workflow pulls data, creates a Drive folder with pre-filled docs, sends a Chat notification, and schedules the meeting. Projected to save over 150 hours annually.
  • 02Drove AI tool adoption from 17% to 82% in six months by writing the AI Adoption Playbook, running a team-wide hackathon, and shipping weekly training demos. Daily active users grew from 6 to 43.
  • 03Mapped 91 change-management process steps in a Jobs-to-Be-Done AI exercise. Identified 7 automation opportunities projecting 343 FTE hours saved per year.
  • 04Cut average vendor launch cycle time from 36.3 days to 10 across 174 launches at 100% compliance, by introducing weekly metric audits, real-time gap communications, and a standardized work checklist.
  • 05Scoped a full managed service provider rollout, ran the business analysis, and recommended against it. Leadership adopted the recommendation.

Tesla.

Mar 2022 — Dec 2022
Austin, Texas

Manager, Production Control — Model Y

Hired specifically as Production Control launch lead for Gigafactory Texas. A ten-month scope: greenfield to a self-sufficient 800-person org.

  • 01Launched Tesla's 10M+ sq ft Gigafactory Texas as Production Control lead, owning material receiving, storage, and point-of-use supply.
  • 02Scaled the org from 4 managers / 80 associates to 16 managers / 800+ associates in 7 months through structured labor planning and a daily cross-functional cadence.
  • 03Cut material-related production downtime from 3,000+ hours/week to under 1,000 in 6 weeks by driving fixes across Material Planning, Logistics, Engineering, and IT.

Amazon.

Feb 2016 — Feb 2022
NC · FL · AZ

Senior Operations Manager (L7) Mar 2020 — Feb 2022

Six years launching and operating some of Amazon's largest robotics fulfillment centers.

  • 01Launched RDU1, a 640k sq ft Amazon Robotics fulfillment center, overseeing 6 Operations Managers, 16+ Area Managers, and 1,500+ associates.
  • 02Ranked 2nd in planning accuracy across 50+ fulfillment centers during Peak 2021. Delivered 105% of plan against a 99.1% regional average; broke RDU1's single-week record at 5,061,759 units.
  • 03Cut site-wide gross adjustment defect rate from 72,000 to 44,000 DPMO by running a daily cross-functional war room with Inbound and Outbound.
  • 04Designed a mechanical giftwrap solution for Peak 2019: 89,900 orders fulfilled, zero safety incidents, adopted by sister sites.
